The list of required documentation
for obtaining Permit of RTN for foreign equipment.
(According to Annex to the Order of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision from 29.02.2008 № 112, para 28)
- Information about the manufacturer (supplier): address, phone, fax, name of responsible person or General Director.
- Act and the protocol of acceptance (or periodic) Manufacturer's test of equipment;
- Instruction manual in Russian;
- Technical documentation and specifications: name and model of a equipment, its field and purpose of use, components list, design and its principle of work, specifications, conditions and requirements for safe operation, the program or methodology of conducting controlled tests of equipment and its main components, a resource and service life, the order of technical maintenance, repair and diagnosis.
- Valid ISO 9001 Certificate of manufacturer
- Certificates or declarations of conformity for components and materials (if any)
- Drawings or equipment, photos of equipment.
- Reference-list for previous equipment installations in Russia (name of industrial object, address, name and model of equipment, date of installation) , if any installed before.
Additionally for vessels: stress calculations and information of welding seams.
