Notes:
(1) If the last digit number to be “1” or “2”, two-pole inertial vibrator will be installed on the feeder.
(2) If the last digit number to be “3” or “4”, four-pole inertial vibrator will be installed on the feeder.
(3) If the last digit number to be “5” or “6”, six-pole inertial vibrator will be installed on the feeder.
(4) If the last digit number to be “7” or “8”, eight-pole inertial vibrator will be installed on the feeder.
(5) If the last digit number to be “1”, “3”, “5”, or “7”, the type of feed-chute will be light-duty. If the last digit number to be “2”, “4”, “6”, or “8”, the type of feed-chute will be heavy-duty. (Special cases are excluded.)
GZD & GZDF series of auto-synchronous inertial vibrating feeder is a kind of economic and advanced feeding machine. It can be widely used in metal-working, mine, coal, building material, light industry, chemical, electricity, cereals, and many other kinds of fields to convey lump and grain material from bin or hopper to the receiver evenly and continuously. Common chutes are designed for GZD series, which have no special requirements for the handling material. Enclosed chutes are designed for GZDF series, which can be used to handle dusty or volatile materials.
Reversible brake-controller can be used for inertial vibrating feeder, and it can be used to stop the feeder in a very short time. In addition, protection devices for over-current, over-voltage, and phase-broken are also installed. Many functions, including energy-consumption braking, quick or slow feeding, remote control, and stepless speed-adjustment, also can be acquired according to the customer’s requirements.
Compared with eccentric connecting-rod feeder or electromagnetic vibrating feeder, this kind of feeder has the following characters:
