拖车或半挂车BKTS认证要求资料：
在俄罗斯半挂车出口俄罗斯可以做OTTC认证也可以做BKTS认证，但是OTTC认证非常的贵，程序也很复杂。相比之下BKTS认证相对价格要便宜还能多。
BKTS认证只针对单台车进行的认证。每台车出口需要单独办理BKTS证书。
可以办理二手车的BKTS认证，认证时间1天。

A. Application for assessment of conformity of the vehicle requirements of technical regulations "On Safety of Wheeled Vehicles"
Two. A copy of the certificate of conformity TC ecological class
Three. The general technical description of the vehicle in an amount sufficient for registration of the security certificate of the vehicle in accordance with the form contained in Appendix number 15 in the technical regulations adopted by the Government of Russian Federation № 720 dated 10.09.2009
4. A copy of the approved vehicle type, duly certified / if /
Five. Copy of passport of the vehicle or its foreign equivalent and a document certifying that the vehicle has been in use abroad, if the year of its release in 2010 or 2011 th th.
6. Photos:
- A general view of the vehicle on all four sides (front, rear, left and right)
- All the major plates that are on the back of car
- VIN-code of the vehicle
7. A copy of the identity document of the Applicant / for individuals / state registration certificate and certificate of registration with the Russian organization with the tax authority at the location in the RF / for businesses /
Eight. A copy of the document confirming the right of possession, or use and (or) disposal of the vehicle
